El Maguey on the Road
El Maguey operates as both a food truck and restaurant serving authentic Mexican fare in Hialeah Gardens. Homemade tortillas and perfectly seasoned meats distinguish the tacos and burritos al pastor, which arrive fast and generously portioned. The restaurant location expands on the truck's limited menu.
