Babette is chef Daniel Chávez-Bello and Alexandra Oliveros's intimate European tasting-menu restaurant, relocated in September 2026 from Coral Gables to a shared space inside the Clásica Victoria bakery-café on Sunset Drive in South Miami. Clásica Victoria runs mornings and lunch; Babette takes over the room Tuesday through Saturday from 6 p.m. for a seasonal, chef-driven dinner. Reservations recommended.
